#2 - The Murderbot Diaries
The second in the Murderbot Diaries dipped ever so slightly but I believe that's because the novelty of it was gone. I knew who this character was and I was ready for it this time. I'm not completely sure I know exactly where it's going but I love the relationship between Murderbot and ART. Wells' exploration of the varying degrees of AI in this series is making me think about how we approach AI today. I've been told yet again that the television series is wonderful as well so I may have to check that out. It's interesting to have a protagonist who is so relatable and yet so alien in many ways. It makes one question one's own humanity.
