This was fun. It wasn't the heavy, drama-laden story that one comes to associate with any kind of queer trauma. It was the story of two people falling in love...again. While the conflicts that arose were definitely necessary and slightly contrived, they came from real feelings and situations that might happen in such a situation. I kind of wish the story continued so I could find out what happens with the television show and the way Nick and Eli navigate fatherhood together. I also wouldn't mind a story on Margot or Lori to see what happens with them.
