Yes! Let's talk magic. By magic, I mean Hecate herself. Love that we finally get her in this series and she is not playing around. Plus, we get some other mythological figures in Hecuba and Gale. Nothing like a Maiden, Mother, Crone situation to make this really fun. Percy, as usual, gets into trouble (though this time, it's not really his fault) and its up to the wily ingenuity of his own trio (Annabeth and Grover, of course), to solve the puzzle which is bigger than just the task set before them by Hecate. I went into this excited and I left satisfied, save only that I need the next book.
